Past this heavy metal door is the first television station Scott Walter worked in. This studio was located onboard the U.S.S. San Jose (AFS-7), homeported out of Agana, Guam. 1983.Television studio onboard U.S.S. San Jose (AFS-7). Scott Walter's duties included scheduling television programming while underway and producing and anchoring a nightly newscast. Through that heavy metal door was Scott's first television job!

As one of the assigned Journalists onboard Scott Walter documented with video many of the events of the Battleship. This photo shows the rails manned as the Battleship New Jersey enters Pearl Harbor. The Arizona Memorial is ahead. This was an incredible moment. The Battleship Crew paid their respects with a laying of a wreath directly over bow of  the Battleship Arizona.
